I am so glad that I scheduled a service appointment. My treadmill had been packed up and went unused, gathering dust for some time. It was no surprise that there were unexpected noises when we finally unearthed it and gave it a spin. Mike, the technician, was great. He gave the machine a full evaluation, cleaned her up, and provided a full maintenance sweep on the machine. He also took the time to show and explain what had caused the noise. Well, the noise I was hearing is gone and I feel so much better using the treadmill knowing everything was checked, cleaned, etc., and we are good to go. My health thanks you!

My treadmill broke last August. They came, checked the machine, and diagnosed it then. Unfortunately, the part was back-ordered for over a year. We thought it was a done deal. In December, I called back just to see if they could get a refurbished one. They did and installed it. It was great service, and they even showed us how to maintain it.
