If your TRUE Fitness machine is broken and no longer under warranty, we are eager to help you diagnose and fix the issue. If your machine is still under warranty, ask your local technician for assistance.
We do our best to find replacement parts, but keep in mind that parts may be difficult to find, especially for older models. It may also be cost-prohibitive to repair your machine if it is older.
