Matt is an outstanding technician. He knows his machines. I have a Cybex ARC Trainer I bought new; it never worked properly from day one. Matt replaced the battery that was dead and replaced the circuit board. When I bought the trainer, I wasn't aware it ran on a battery. If you have an issue with your equipment, Matt is the one to ask for. Hope in the office should also be commended for her great customer service and personality. Note: have owned Arc Trainer for 5 years. These folks are the best.

Matt handled the full preventive maintenance, tuned up my Smith machine, and even gave me some helpful tips for daily upkeep. There was a minor issue with the rack not lining up, and he came back the same day to take care of it. After the adjustment, it worked even better than before. I appreciate the professionalism, quick turnaround, and attention to detail. Definitely recommend them for any future fitness equipment needs.
