These guys were great! I got a very prompt response after submitting my initial request, corresponded with them a few rounds to diagnose a probable cause for my treadmill not working, then an estimate. Once agreed on, we scheduled a technician to come out. They got the job done real quick and, in addition, did a little bit of bonus maintenance work like lubricating the belt. 10/10 would choose again!

We ordered a Sunny walking pad via Best Buy Marketplace and from day one it hasn’t worked. After much back and forth with Best Buy and Sunny I was left with little choice but to try and find someone to help me repair/replace the parts that weren’t working. Fitness Machine Technicians were one of my first calls and I was pleased they knew of Sunny. They sent a tech to troubleshoot and then they handled getting the replacement parts needed (twice).
