We ordered a Sunny walking pad via Best Buy Marketplace and from day one it hasn’t worked. After much back and forth with Best Buy and Sunny I was left with little choice but to try and find someone to help me repair/replace the parts that weren’t working. Fitness Machine Technicians were one of my first calls and I was pleased they knew of Sunny. They sent a tech to troubleshoot and then they handled getting the replacement parts needed (twice). Communication was clear and prompt, the techs were very polite and on time (sending texts as they got near to arrival). Their fee was reasonable and they finally got the treadmill working. We have a NordicTrack treadmill which needed to be relocated to another room. The problem: it wouldn’t fit through the door. Since we had no idea how to put it apart, I looked on the internet for someone who does it on a daily basis. I found Fitness Machine Technicians. I contacted them, and a couple of days later Ethan responded to the challenge.
We love Ethan! He is very professional, knowledgeable and attuned to the clients' needs. He knew exactly what to do! In a short time the treadmill was ready for the move. Our friends helped us move it, and Ethan put it back together at the new location. The entire process took one hour. Before he left, Ethan tested the treadmill and the iFIT program, and made sure that everything worked perfectly.
