Jeremy has come several times for maintenance, repairs, and installations of our equipment at the Beehive Fitness gym. I’m an old man. I’ve seen dozens of repair and equipment specialists in my time. I’ve even done more than my share of maintenance, BUT I have been super impressed with Jeremy, who has repaired and serviced treadmills, stair steppers, ellipticals, and a variety of cable machines. I’m not really sure where he got his experience and training, but they did a super good job training him, and I hope they realize how valuable he is. He is ALWAYS knowledgeable, prepared, and ready for every single repair. He always has the right tool, never wastes a minute of time, is great with his time management, and explains things so it makes it easier for staff and management. The gym owners and staff will ask for him by name. If he is busy, we will wait until he is available. There is never any question about his quality and work. Thanks, Jeremy, you honestly are the “BEST,” not even a single hesitation in recommending him and Fitness Machines Technicians. You will not be disappointed.

Our treadmill had a belt that was loose and had moved over to one side. Also, our motor was making a cyclic squeaking noise. Kenny at FMT was our tech, and we cannot say enough good about him. He was on time, which is always appreciated. His knowledge of our treadmill was money! The belt was tightened like new and now rolls even at the sides. He was able to remove the dust buildup under the motor canopy, which quieted the squeaking to smooth operation. We could not be happier! Thanks a mil’, Kenny!

I was having some clacking sounds from my elliptical that is over 9 years old. I have used it 3–5 days a week for the past 7 years with no maintenance ever done. They did some needed maintenance which helped but didn’t fully resolve the issue, so they took off some of the shielding to get a better diagnosis. We found some additional issues that were expensive fixes, so he put it back together. With his work I probably have another 1–2 years of use before replacing it. They were a great help and gave me an honest assessment of my machine. I’d recommend this company to anyone with fitness machines!
