I have a TRUE recumbent bike that stopped working. A quick text to FMT with my serial number and I was advised they would order the part and be out the next week. Job was completed today in less than half an hour. Price was more than reasonable (much less than I had expected) and now my bike works again. Thanks, Mike! I highly recommend FMT to repair your fitness equipment and I will definitely use them again if necessary.

I just got my treadmill repaired by a wonderful guy named Jake. He drove all the way from Rochester to Syracuse during a winter advisory to make it to my appointment and was extremely kind and helpful. He walked me through what the issue was and how he was fixing it and even went above and beyond to help me get the treadmill level in my crooked porch. He let me try it out before he left to make sure everything was working great and even gave me a lot of great tips on how to keep it maintained. Extremely knowledgeable; I was very impressed by his professionalism and great work. All done pretty fast too. I can’t express how grateful I am to finally use this treadmill and get back on my fitness journey in my home. Jake was incredible. Thank you, Jake!

This company and their service is excellent! I have a treadmill that needed repair; the business I bought the treadmill from sent the techs from this business to take care of it. Due to waiting for parts to be shipped from the manufacturer, the process took approximately 1 year. If the manufacturer had listened to the tech (Rick) in the first place, it would have been resolved quicker. Their techs have extensive knowledge with everything involved with fitness equipment. Their customer service is excellent as well; they kept in touch and sent their techs out in a very timely manner. I recommend them highly.

We had moved our correctly disassembled Precor 223 up from North Carolina in late February. It was carefully and excellently reassembled today by Jake Z from FMT. Jake needed to make an adjustment or two, as the move had caused very minor problems. He also helped us position the treadmill on its mat in our apartment. We were totally pleased with his work and with FMT's Fred Burghardt in arranging a convenient time to do the work. We are very pleased and highly recommend FMT!

My experience with Fitness Machine Technicians was superb. Jake is the technician who serviced our treadmill, and was an open book of honesty from the minute he came out to diagnose the issue with our machine. I had been provided diagnoses over the phone from other local services, including the location from where we bought the machine, that only accounted for completely replacing our console. We were told the costs would run anywhere from $800-$1200. The main office with Fitness Machine Technicians was prompt to schedule our service call. Jake provided me with a few options, starting with the replacement of our display only, which he felt was likely the issue. He told me it was possible that the console might need also to be replaced; however, he would start with just the display as it was only a $300 fix. He was spot-on. A+ service. Will be utilizing them for all of our treadmill upkeep in the future.

My NordicTrack treadmill needed repair and service. I called FMT and spoke to the owner, Fred Burghardt, to make an appointment. He sent his technician, Jake, who did an extensive review. Parts had to be ordered, and another appointment was scheduled. Jake was punctual, friendly, and very polite. The service was great, the pricing in my opinion was reasonable. I would highly recommend these professionals in any of your fitness equipment repair.

I didn’t want to give up on my older treadmill, so I called Fitness Machine Techs, and Jake came out and was able to give it a tune-up and recommended a few updates to keep it running like new. I was able to get a new motor covered by lifetime warranty and ordered a few new belts. This cost less than a new machine and it looks and sounds brand new.
