My experience with Fitness Machine Technicians was superb. Jake is the technician who serviced our treadmill, and was an open book of honesty from the minute he came out to diagnose the issue with our machine. I had been provided diagnoses over the phone from other local services, including the location from where we bought the machine, that only accounted for completely replacing our console. We were told the costs would run anywhere from $800-$1200.
The main office with Fitness Machine Technicians was prompt to schedule our service call. Jake provided me with a few options, starting with the replacement of our display only, which he felt was likely the issue. He told me it was possible that the console might need also to be replaced; however, he would start with just the display as it was only a $300 fix. He was spot-on.
A+ service. Will be utilizing them for all of our treadmill upkeep in the future.
