On-Site Repairs for High-Use Cardio & Strength Equipment
When commercial fitness equipment fails, the disruption extends beyond a single machine. Downtime can affect members, residents, guests, employees, and scheduled programs. Our technicians provide on-site service throughout Cleveland, diagnosing problems within the operating demands of each facility.
Machines that stop during use, display error codes, make unusual noises, or move inconsistently need a thorough assessment before returning to service. We inspect the relevant mechanical and electronic components, test operation, and determine whether the machine needs an adjustment, repair, or replacement part.
Request an equipment assessment or discuss ongoing maintenance with our team. Call (440) 335-5370 and tell us about your facility and equipment.
Commercial Cardio & Strength Equipment We Service
We service commercial cardio and strength areas with multiple machine types and manufacturers. Our technicians address mechanical wear, electronic faults, alignment problems, lubrication needs, and damaged upholstery or other user-contact components.
Our technicians service equipment such as:
Treadmills: Belt slippage, inconsistent speed, unusual noises, console errors, and alignment problems.
Ellipticals and stair climbers: Resistance failures, unstable movement, electronic faults, and worn mechanical components.
Exercise bikes and rowing machines: Irregular resistance, display issues, unusual movement, and operational noise.
Selectorized machines and cable systems: Cable wear, pulley problems, inconsistent movement, and resistance concerns.
Racks and functional trainers: Worn components, loose hardware, and parts that need inspection or adjustment.
Preventive Maintenance for Cleveland Fitness Facilities
Preventive maintenance gives facility managers a structured way to address wear before machines become unavailable. We offer monthly, bimonthly, and quarterly agreements tailored to facility size, usage, and budget.
Visits can include cleaning, lubrication, belt and cable inspections, and safety checks. Afterward, we provide a maintenance summary documenting the work completed and machines reviewed.
The right schedule accounts for machine volume, usage patterns, manufacturer recommendations, recurring problems, and the facility’s tolerance for downtime. A busy commercial gym may need more frequent service than a hotel fitness center or apartment fitness room.
What to Expect During a Commercial Repair Visit
Before scheduling an on-site visit, we gather information about the facility, affected machines, manufacturers, models, and reported symptoms. Visible error codes and relevant photos can help our team prepare.
A commercial service visit can include:
Equipment review: The technician confirms the affected machine and reported problem.
Diagnosis: Relevant mechanical and electronic components are inspected, and operation is tested.
Service documentation: Findings are recorded through service work orders and photos.
Repair work: Approved repairs are completed to manufacturer specifications.
Post-service checks: The technician performs safety checks and applies lubrication where needed.
We clearly explain our findings, repair options, and relevant costs. If the machine needs additional work or a replacement part, the documentation gives facility managers a clear record for planning the next step.
Trained Technicians & Documented Service
Commercial facilities often use cardio and strength machines from several manufacturers. Our technicians receive corporate training and additional manufacturer certifications for selected brands. Training across the service network includes Life Fitness, Matrix, Precor, Technogym, Cybex, Nautilus, StairMaster, and TRUE equipment.
That manufacturer familiarity guides the diagnosis of error codes, resistance systems, belts, cables, pulleys, consoles, and other machine-specific components. We document findings with service reports and photos, then complete approved repairs to manufacturer specifications.
Commercial Fitness Equipment Service Across Cleveland
We serve organizations that depend on accessible, working fitness machines for their operations or amenities. These include health clubs, hotel fitness centers, apartment and condominium fitness rooms, colleges and universities, corporate gyms, and medical facilities in Cleveland and nearby communities such as Avon, North Ridgeville, and Westlake.
When you request a quote, provide your facility type, the number of machines involved, manufacturers and models, and a description of each issue. These details allow us to plan the assessment and identify an appropriate repair or maintenance path.

An extremely reputable and efficient company to deal with. I have a FreeMotion treadmill that has had issues from day one; I have had two other companies out, and no one has been able to fix the problem. Justin was professional and extremely knowledgeable!!! He was on time, found the issue almost immediately, and handled it!! I was so happy to finally find someone who could diagnose and fix the problem right the first time. This will be my go-to company with any issues I have and highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Could Not Be Happier With the Service
My NordicTrack rower stopped working (monitor, resistance motor, and later found wiring problems). Fitness Machine Technicians came out and diagnosed the problems and helped me coordinate ordering the correct parts from iFit (parts were still under warranty). Once the parts arrived, Fitness Machine Technicians came back and installed all new parts and got my rower back in working order. They were great to work with, the technician was on time for my appointment and was totally knowledgeable about my machine. Could not be happier with the service. I highly recommend them!
