I have a 20-year-old Body-Solid rack with a weight stack, and the main cable assembly finally gave out. Because of the age of the unit, sourcing parts through Body-Solid was challenging.
A quick Google search in Naples led me to The Fitness Machine Technicians, and I’m extremely glad it did. After a Friday afternoon call, Jim personally called me back on Saturday. Within two days, the correct parts were ordered, and Jim came out and replaced the entire cable assembly quickly and professionally.
The service was exceptionally responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Pricing was more than fair, especially given the speed and quality of the work.

Mr. Jim Dudley came out and assessed our equipment and quickly found a battery issue on one and a plug issue on another one.
These are old machines that came with our house, but I wanted to get them working if it didn’t require purchasing all new guts.
He was thorough, knowledgeable, and honest about the possibility that the manufacturer might not carry parts for this equipment anymore. He said up front that he may not be able to help me at all, but I am very glad I still had him look at the bike and StairMaster.
