I have to "dogpile" on Brooks' other 5-star reviews and give him one myself! This young man is polite, professional, and very knowledgeable on fitness machine tech repair. He showed up on time, he was "very personable and friendly," and disassembled my Life Fitness LF95X Inspire Elliptical Trainer into (5) easy sections so that I may move it downstairs to my home gym. Brooks is coming back out next Tues/Wed to reassemble the elliptical. Of note, Life Fitness wanted almost $500 for the same repair order, and never returned my initial phone call. I paid Fitness Machine Technicians a little over 1/2 of that. I had a treadmill that needed a new belt and I had no idea what to do; NordicTrack doesn't exactly have great customer service. I did some research and found this place and decided to give it a shot.
The entire process was incredibly smooth and quick. I sent a request for treadmill repair with all the model information and the details for the problems. I got a call the next day to confirm details and the belt was ordered right away. As soon as it came in, I was given a call for the service appointment and told the timeframe they would arrive. The technician that arrived was really fast and thorough! He gave me lots of tips on maintenance and answered all of my questions. I am really impressed with the quality of service this organization provides. Thank you, Brooks, for the awesome tech service.
