Dax came in the time frame that they quoted me, and he was absolutely awesome. He checked the whole bike over. The bike is only a year old, and he just did regular maintenance and checked the pedals for a clicking sound. He lubricated the seat position bar, handlebars, and neck of the bike. Dax was over-the-top excellent. He took care of my elliptical and treadmill, but also oiled other equipment I had, like Smith machine, Peloton, and rower without prompting. The elliptical is older so I was worried it may need out-of-stock parts. He discovered an unusual problem with the magnet rubbing the flywheel and adjusted it - sounds brand new. Totally recommend him and Fitness Machine Technicians.
