FMT did a phenomenal job
I ordered a Wahoo treadmill. The original delivery company, RXO, was a bit of a nightmare to work with, and my treadmill was damaged. FMT was able to step in after I requested them to set up my replacement treadmill and they did a phenomenal job. There is a big difference between a delivery company doing a sloppy setup versus FMT doing the job properly and professionally. Going forward, I won’t trust anyone to set up or work on any of my equipment except FMT.

He replaced the treadmill walking belt, cleaned everything up so it looks like new, and put it back together so that it runs like new. I called Don in a panic, and he sent out Ed (who is awesome) the same day. Ed disassembled into manageable parts, we moved it ourselves, and then the next day Ed came out to reassemble.
