Everything about Fitness Machine Technicians was great! Scheduling, communication, and repair was excellent. The owner, David, was excellent to work with and the technician, Jack, was excellent with the in-home repair. He came out twice: once to troubleshoot and put the order in with NordicTrack and a second time to complete the repair. Being retired Navy, I was pleased to find out that the owner is retired Navy as well. Highly recommended!

I have used this company three times in the last year for my older Sole brand treadmill. The rear roll bar went out and the machine was making horrible noises, so I searched online to find someone who could service a Sole brand from their main website. I reached out to Dave who was wonderful - he came quickly and performed a maintenance on the whole machine and diagnosed the problem as the rear roll bar. We ordered the part, replaced it, and she runs like new. He mentioned that since my machine is over 10 years old - the front roll bar may not sound as bad but likely needed repair due to all the use - so, 6 months later I reached out. Same easy process, emailed quote, I accepted the work order and amount and paid, parts ordered and scheduled quickly. I am super happy to have found a great company that is responsive and accountable and easily able to service my older treadmill that is still in wonderful working order. I hope I can get several more years out of her with proper TLC! They service all sorts of fitness machines - so reach out if you have any questions. They send written quotes, all paperwork is emailed, and you get text/email appointment updates when scheduling work. Easy as pie and super professional. Highly recommend.

Above and beyond! This man and his daughter showed up to put together all of my exercise machines after a very long and difficult move across the country where a lot of my equipment was damaged. They fixed everything, and the one thing that could not be fixed he spent weeks searching for the parts that were needed because the equipment was no longer made. When he finally found the parts, he let me know right away and scheduled to install them, and now my whole home gym is back in tip-top working order! If I have any problems with my exercise equipment in the future or purchase any new equipment that I need assembled, there is no one else that I would call!!!
