Technician arrived exactly at the time we set up the day before. He diagnosed the problem with my stationary bike and was able to fix it. A simple part needed to be ordered, which he said he would take care of, and showed me how to install it. If I needed any help, I could arrange for a technician to come out to do that. He then took a look at my wife's treadmill, which hadn't been working for quite a while, and got it going again. He showed us how to lubricate it so it would continue to operate correctly.
