Samir is a top notch fitness equipment technician! He took our very used elliptical at the youth center and made it as close to new as you could ask for! It made loud, clunky noises when we got it donated, and it was actually unsafe to use. Samir’s knowledge and expertise came in clutch to reinforce the machine so our youth program can use it safely! Last time he completely built our treadmill, and it works seamlessly!
He was also able to diagnose our stationary bike as he was here. He is very intelligent, professional, and I barely noticed he was here! So thankful for him and his partner, Braden. They’re great to work with and have excellent communication. Samir is also a veteran! Always wanting to support those who support us!
