An Honest, Organized, Helpful Company
Communication was excellent -- I requested a quote via email over the weekend and got a response first thing Monday, with an appointment scheduled for that Wednesday. Christian was an excellent technician -- explaining what was going on with the machine as well as what to watch out for in the future. He told us that one issue we were having was normal, and the other was caused by broken feet. He said Fitness Technicians could order and install the feet, or could order them and we could install them ourselves. He even showed me how. He also instructed me on how to lubricate the treadmill as a good general maintenance practice. The next day, Fitness Technicians sent the estimate for the feet, which seemed a tiny bit high to me given other places I found the parts online. I asked, and they said yes, it would be cheaper to order them myself and they wanted me to get the best deal possible so completely understood if I went that way. Overall, an honest, organized, helpful company that won't try to nickel and dime. I will absolutely continue to use and recommend them for any issues we might face with our treadmill in the future.

Christian was great! A true gentleman and expert. He arrived on time, assembled the rowing machine, went over the parts with me, showed me how and when to use the oil on the chain, and cleaned up all of the packaging and took it with him. An added bonus: He loved my puppies and allowed a bit of time for them to investigate and play with him! He was efficient and had the job done in almost no time.
