Fitness Machine Technicians communicate quickly and efficiently. They had someone here to look at our treadmill within a few days. Cristian took the time to look into the issue and sent off videos to NordicTrack for further support. Cristian and Claudio came back with the NordicTrack feedback and, with further observations, they diagnosed the issue. They told us potential next steps and their recommendations. They said if the issue isn’t covered by warranty that they would address the issue at a conference to see what can be done. We now have a new treadmill being shipped to us and are confident in having the Fitness Machine Technicians team come to disassemble the old one and set up the new one. Beyond their professionalism and expertise, they were both kind and personable. I’d highly recommend them!! :)
